Cost of charging at Tesla Supercharger?

The highest I have seen is 64 cents. But, with the Pass+ discount, it's not 56 cents, it's 42 cents. Breakeven is quite quick, by the 2nd charge at most.

Yes. Pass is the free plan.

Pass+ is the discount plan that costs $7 per month.

looking at fordpass app on map for chargers for my nearest tesla dc supercharger it's saying .26 cents kwh. It goes up at different times, highest I've noted is .34 cents. Now someone disputed this and said those numbers weren't right. Just going by what the fordpass app says.

I can tell you that Charge Assist is totally inaccurate. I'd recommend opening the Tesla app, or website, and looking.

Unless you are driving thousands of miles a month, the cost of DC chargers really isn't an issue. When I got my boat the seller replied when I asked about miles per gallon (knots), he wisely replied - don't ask, owning a boat is the real cost, not the gas.

the nearest EA charger is forty miles away in Auburn AL and it's .44 cents!!

The nearest EA location is Auburn, AL. AL is still per minute, it's 44 cents. That works out to roughly the exact same price as Tesla on a per kWh basis for a Mach-E. For a Lightning, EA would be cheaper.

I see them range from $0.18 to $0.43 where I live. At $0.43 it would cost me about $31 to fill up from 0%. Compare to the Explorer that I was driving for road trips that took $60+ at $3.50 per gallon, typical around these parts. The Explorer was averaging 20 MPG.

EDIT: shit, I just checked gas prices here on gas buddy and we are averaging $4.50 per gallon. ?
