Ford NACS Adapter has shipped [and NOW ARRIVING]!

Ordered mine on first day. Never received confirmation email, but went back online and confirmed order status which stated expected delivery in June. Also checked a few weeks ago, still said June.

Now I cannot find any record of my order status. If I go to my account, it has the banner at top of page for the NACS order, but when I click the link it asks which of my ford vehicles, then just takes me to my connected service page for the Mach E.

Is there another way to verify order status?

Crickets here. No notice and no delivery. I am order #437...wondering why many of the order numbers in the 500s are receiving theirs and I am not?

Mine arrived too today 4 days after shipped out. It's big, weighs 1.06 lb, but holds up well in the charging port. Will see if it's the case when connected to a heavy charging cable, but it's going to be a while before I'll use it since I don't plan a long distance trip anytime soon.

Same here just arrived today. The shipment email I got from Ford last week included a dead link to FedEx's website with no tracking number. The order status still says estimated to ship in May.

...now if I only had my car out of the shop I could test the new adapter!

I just checked mine, since mine also originally said May. It does not say mine has shipped, although my order number is a few hundred higher than yours.

Sweet! My original estimated ship date wasn’t until May. Maybe everyone else will get theirs sooner than estimated too.

Log into your Ford.com account and click on the link at the top. It does not work for me, I think because I have already ordered my adapter.
