If I'm reading correctly, Window Sticker claims my car was built in Feb 15, 2024

That date on the sticker was probably last time they generated a new one

Was chatting with @CarGuy11 in the BlueCruise out of date thread and misremembered him as having FDRS after I got a map update today. Curious if anything else has changed on my end that could help folks still dealing with that.

I probably shouldn't post my VIN publicly but it's in the forum anyway so... 3FMTK3SU6MMA03153

A while back I remember seeing a list of the modules and a brief description of what they did on the forum. For example, someone might see “Body Control Module” and not know what it referred to. I failed to find it but there are probably those that have it bookmarked or better at forum search-fu. Is this still available?

I have a shop so I got at wholesale, but it was around 1500 for the power supply and Bosch Mastertech2. On top of having to have a decent, stable laptop to use. Mongoose and PSU is about 1k.
Then after that you need a 2day license for 60 or a month for 200. So all together its a laptop plus 1500-1800 dollars. But if you figure dealers charge $200 an hour for updates and you have 8+ hours of them...
Its an expensive hobby for sure

I’m assuming this is the FDRS thread I was directed to put my VIN in here and see if they see anything special as far as maybe why updates or somethings going on my system battery level etc.

Well, this is a first. I have checked A LOT of VINs for a lot of updates, but never have a seen a vehicle that seemingly communicating with the cloud perfectly have an OTA trigger expire in this way when the car seems to be driven everyday. I have no idea what happened here. When an OTA trigger is created for a vehicle, starting it is what makes the OTA process go on to the next step. I can see you started and drover the car several times between 4/3 and yesterday when it expired, but your car never "phoned home" to the server. I have never seen this happen. I don't have a good explanation for you as to why it failed.

Thank you for replying. The only thing I can think of and I’ve been going back-and-forth with this guy called the car guy 11 and my up and down arrows are working, but I guess the revision 713 of sync does not show phone connection at the top but I have Full bars because I have an AT&T tower in my backyard, but I’m on 5G and I don’t know if their transmitting on 5G is what’s causing the problem. I’m not sure if you’ve got some type of solution. Let me know please thank you other than that, I don’t know what to do.
