@HalifaxDC I wish I could have been more of help, but we can't figure out why it stopped working. I had a second set of eyes take a look and the config seems right. Your car is reporting a lot of codes, but there is no TSB or SSM tied to any of them.

Thanks for giving me what you could find. Seems like this one is a tough nut to crack.

Do you have FORScan?
No, but I'm thinking I will probably get it.

I wonder if there's a chance that there is a problem with the modem in the car.

The reason I'm wondering that is because sometimes when the car is parked in the driveway, I have connectivity with Ford (icon with the 2 arrows + pointer shows up; "Connected Vehicle Features" shows full pull-down menu of settings).

Other times, when I'm parked at the same spot in the driveway, the icon with the 2 arrows + pointer doesn't show up, and when I click on "Connected Vehicle Features", there is no pull-down menu.

And it seems like most of the time that I'm driving, even through populated areas where there should be a good signal, the car doesn't have the icon with the 2 arrows + pointer.

So I'm wondering if it's possible if the modem is the issue.

Are you able to tell when these codes occured? Curious if they all occured within a short period of time, or if they happened over weeks/months.

The cloud stores codes for 60 days at a time. Attached is all the codes it reported in that time frame.

I know it sounds silly, but check to ensure Adaptive with Hands-Free is activated in your settings and that lane keeping system is on. (Left steering wheel button).

Is your modem communicating with FordPass? If not:

Usually when I run into modem issues, it's because the vehicle was left dead for some time, which would also explain a lot of those codes. My typical troubleshooting steps start with unhooking the negative cable for 2 min. If it doesn't resolve, I move to the TCU Fuse (#11 in the BCM Fusebox in the Passenger Footwell). If no result, then I get the vehicle to service, as TCU failure is possible, and further diag is necessary.

I bought a new 2023 GTPE from a west coast dealer last week, and subsequently drove it home to the east coast. After getting home, I started adjusting the car settings, and noticed that the car was at:

Sync4 Software Version: 22326_PRODUCT
Revision: 640

Moreover, although the car is supposed to be set up on a 3-year BlueCruise package, there is no "BlueCruise Map Version" ... there is only "Hands Free Driving Available Thru 03-09-2074" ... which leads me to believe that BlueCruise is probably NOT activated on the car (I never used it on the drive home, so it's certainly possible).

I have a 2022 Select, that I intend to sell now that I have the GTPE, and it is updated to Revision 1049, and actually has a BlueCruise Map Version, so I expected at least that much on the new GTPE.

My first (obvious) take is that the dealership never bothered updating the car before they gave it to me. The less obvious thing is whether they just forgot or didn't bother to do it ... OR ... is the car's OTA system "stuck" (for lack of a better word), as I have seen mentioned on this forum, and the dealership was unable to do the updates.

Any advice on who to contact at this point (Selling dealer, although 2,000 miles away? Ford itself? Local Ford dealership (although I have no intention of paying out of my own pocket to get the updates I should have had)?

Or is this something that I might be able to solve myself?
I was supposed to have 3 years of blue cruise, but it only got 3 months, then a bill for $800 for another 12 months.
Join the car to WiFi at home, and while charging, if there is enough low voltage battery charge, the car is on charger, and on WiFi, it will update. It takes forever though.

I ordered that scanner from Amazon that you recommended, gets here tomorrow or Saturday, thanks.

I don't see any TSB/SSM notices in this screenshot, but if you look at the PDF Diagnostic file that you provided me, it does show some TSB/SSMs beside a lot of the codes. Are those an unusually high number of codes to have for one car, or are they in line with what you would expect?

I'll post my VIN over in this thread (which is probably where I should have put it to begin with), and I'll put a link back to this thread, thanks ...

Yes, your car is reporting more codes than most. Without FDRS, you can't do anything those TSBs may reference anyway.

Your Sync 4 version isn't an indicator of what Power-up you are on. While I haven't kept a super close eye on the evolution of the subject, I don't believe there is a way to know your power-up version from the screen unless you recently received one and can see the recent installed version.

You are looking at your Sync 4 version which on its own is largely meaningless as that is your infotainment system, not the vehicle or its power-ups.

Your BlueCruise may be fine, BlueCruise IS hands-free driving. You can log into your owner.ford.com account (or create one and associate it with your car) then go to connected services and see if it lists your BlueCruise expiration.

I wish more of this stuff was easy to see from the car itself, but the owner.ford.com site is more useful typically.
BlueCruise was activated by the dealership, and shows up in my FordPass Connected Services as active with the 2027 three-year expiry date. The problem is that it doesn't work in the car, tested over a 2,700 cross-country drive on I-10 ... car settings are correct, it just doesn't work, for some reason.

Yes, Adaptive with Hands-Free and Lane Keeping are both on.

As far as communicating with Ford, it seems to be hit-and-miss.

The wifi always seems to be connected whenever the car is parked within wi-fi range.

However, the AT&T connection (2 opposing arrows, plus pointer) is a different story ... sometimes it sits in the garage and connects for 12 hours straight, other times it's not connected at all for 12 hours ... and the same while driving, sometimes I go 20-30 miles on major highways where it's not connected ... next time I drive that same stretch of highway, it is connected ... very strange.
