Do we have an emergency door release if 12V battery dies?

NBC ran a story this morning that you could be locked in if the 12V dies. Tesla apparently has a door release that will open the door if battery fails and you are locked in. Story was related to excessive heat. Does Mache have a release somewhere?

I don't understand why everything is answered with videos these days. I guess "pull the door handle a couple times" was too much to type?
Maybe because the video doesn't have "pull the door handle a couple times"?

Video is worth a 1000 words, I appreciate the the how to video actually
Okay, but also consider that a person might be READING the forum while at work. (The native format for the forum is text - not video.) Popping up a video (and often accompanying loud volumes, advertisements, etc) might be extremely inappropriate and it's usually not needed when READING a forum. "Pull the door handle a couple times" answers the question and conveys the information.

I believe someone else posted this in another threads....

Downside is that I believe that the integrated manual release is only for the front doors. If power is lost to the rear doors, the rear passenger will have up to 3 attempts (due to charged capacitors in the doors) to open the doors. After three attempts, the rear doors will not be able to open (from inside or outside) until power is restored.

You don’t have to pull the handle a couple of times, just pull it all the way back and it engages the mechanical release. It just doesn’t activate the presenter. The doors als have super capacitors in them and will function electronically a couple of times after the LV battery is dead. ?‍♂?

No, but we do have a user manual that answers this question. (Hint.)

Also the doors have another battery(of some sort). I’ve pulled the 12v for 30+ min and still could open the doors from outside with the door button. I opened the driver door more than 5 times.

First, that's the wrong advice. Second, you're suggesting that we alter our behaviors because someone, somewhere, might not know how to turn on closed captions?
