This. You don't even need a lawyer. Go to the county website where your original dealer is located in and look up "file civil suit" and they should have self filing instructions. I think it's less than $30 to file if you do all the paperwork yourself and bring it to the court. Once the dealership is served , they'll suddenly become very cooperative. Anything is cheaper to fix when legal fees are the other option.I suggest you pay to get the problem fixed, and then have your lawyer sue the selling dealer that misrepresented that the repairs were completed.
