I absolutely cannot wait to get rid of this vehicle. There is ALWAYS a battery/tech issue. My car won’t install updated because the battery says low SOC. Called the dealership and there’s a 2 month wait to get it looked at. The end of this lease can’t happen fast enough

You can start your car and let it run for awhile and it will charge the LVB. I can understand your frustration if updates matter to you. Personally mine has not had an update in a year and operates just fine so I really do not care.

Do you charge at home? Set your home charger to a lower amperage, like 16A. When your car is actively charging, the LVB also charges. Since your car will charge slower, the LVB will have more time to charge.

Not to mention there usually more than one ford dealer in a 25 mile radius. You dont have to go to the dealership where you bought it.

Or a dealership altogether. Any shop knows how to change a battery. Or ask a neighbor for help if you can’t do it yourself.

That sucks. I have had my MME GT 2021 for 3 years and have had zero problems ever. The only thing was to take it to my local dealership for the fix with the battery connection. As far as the 12V battery goes, I am going to have a new battery put in before winter. Just in case.
