Dropped off 2021 Premium Tuesday…

Wednesday 5pm noticed Fordpass App showing vehicle being charged to 100% located inside service building.

Noticed this morning, Thursday, vehicle located in Service parking lot.
Called dealer and they said come pick it up. Its ready to go.

Goes to show the benefit of a superior dealer. Congratulations Brown Brothers Ford Vancouver. Thank you for your excellent care.

Mine was over a week, plus the full day or so that it just sat there but nobody thought to let the owner know it’s ready. ??

I think mine was three days, actually. The record I believe is @markboris who got it done in one day.

It took two days for my recall work at Korum Ford in Puyallup WA. I dropped it off Thursday afternoon and picked it up Saturday mid day.

Sandicliffe Nottingham UK did my HVBJB and major service in 2 days.

They had the battery out before lunch first day.

Great dealers are out there?

I dropped mine off at 8:00 AM and picked it up at noon the next day. It is only an 8 hour job. I think really 6 hour job with 2 hours for any required software updates.

It really all comes down to scheduling. Some service departments make you drop off your car and then they get to it “shortly”. At my dealer when you have an appointment they start working on your car at that time.

Pretty good, but not quite a record. Just over one day for me.

Mine was dropped off at 7 am and I was called to pick it up after 3 PM. The service technician said they had already completed multiple recalls and were familiar. This was in Tracy Ford. Don't forget to keep an eye out for the good will package. It's a new charge mat, 50 check, 30k points. I had to call them a couple months later to follow up, but I finally received it.

My took 5 days but they had to order parts and they did the 10k tire rotation. They gave me a free Mach-E to drive so that was nice. Less than 1 month after service @fordmotorcompany sent me a nice note saying "thanks for completing your service." They gave me a new charging mat to replace the one that burns up your phone. They also gave me a $50 Amazon gift card. Thank you Ford. That was excellent customer service.

Just curious what event triggers the recall of the HVJB?
I had asked our Ford dealer this summer and was told that our 2021 premium wasn't eligible at this time.
