First I’ve seen, looks very futuristic.

I don’t know if I’m in a test area or something but almost all Amazon vehicles have been the Rivian EVs for a while now. They seem quite nice.

In fact there are so many because I’m not far from a distribution center that the first time I saw a Rivian mobile service center van (literally the same vehicle, just not in Amazon livery) it threw me because it felt like they copied the Amazon design. Of course in reality that’s not the case at all.

We have them in Seattle metro area for some time.

They’ve been around for about two years.

We live rural, but somewhere nearby is a distro because we get a lot of sameday delivery options.

I'm not an addict, but my adult children are hopelessly hooked. These Rivians have been around here for so long that some are beginning to show their wear. Mostly body panel mishaps, and dirt road grime buildup.

The Van sounds like the Toyota hybrid backing up (when under 30mph I think). But they also beep the entire time they’re parked here for some reason, like our back up beep.

Waymo is ‘driverless’ cars right? It’d only make sense that the thing is personless from end to end. So I’m curious how they plug in what appears to be over 100 I-pace Jags plus all the extra computer etc that draws on an already short ish range battery. Tesla’s charger snake hasn’t been seems since it was first talked about as far as I know but the I-pace has the MME front fender port.
