So this has been going on for a month now. I purchased our GTPE on 11/4/24. It is a 2023 that had one previous owner. I already have a fordpass account for my F150 so I added the mach to it. I can access the car, open doors, checking charging all without any issue, UNTIL, I click on connected services then I just get a white screen saying there is an ERROR. I also get an error if I try to access connected services through a computer. On top of that I'm noticing when I try to do other things related to connected services via the mach it says I still need to sign up - like viewing charging stations from the app, setting up plug and charge, opening YouTube or karaoke says I need to activated mobile service when I'm not connected to my homes wifi. On the flip side the sirus radio and blue cruise are working when I'm driving the car. I've called forward and they have submitted a ticket but it has yet to be resolved in a month. Anyone have any ideas? Also @Ford Motor Company a month is a bit long to figure out an IT bug.
