That reflects what was shown in the Carfax. 49k miles, and no service. Should I be impressed or worried? And since the build date is in October, it isn't a recall candidate for the HVJB, correct? Is that anything I should be worried about as well?

Thanks for any feedback. Trying to get up to speed on all this stuff.
The car you're considering was made well after the newer HVJB were incorporated into the production line. The fact that is hasn't been replaced is not an issue on this car. It's a consideration for any car made before the 24th of May '22. Not that it's a big deal anymore. They'll all be replaced eventually.

Heading to the dealership this morning to deal with a large number of updates (driver facing camera fault) and get the winter tires that were supposed to be there when I picked up my car. Could anyone check what the mothership says about my 12v battery? The car sat on the lot for a year before I bought it.

You have automatic updates set to Off (in case you weren't aware). You had an OTA fail on the 28th of Jan (Priority Update 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE).

Here's the list of available updates showing in FDRS for this VIN:

Interesting. They said they're trying to push them but it's failing. My system shows ota is set on, could it be the battery is too low for the updates? I haven't charged beyond 85% because i don't yet have a level 2 charger.

The system the dealerships use says your auto updates are set to Off but that you do have a schedule set for performing inhibit OTAs.

There have been occurrences reported of an OTA shutting auto updates Off, and the owners didn't know it until they double-checked.

2021 Mach-E Premium AWD
I bought my 2021 Premium AWD about a month ago and my SYNC is currently at version 21139_PRODUCT / Revision 263. I found a page online stating that this update is from June 2021, which means that my car hasn’t been updated in 3,5 years!

When I try to update the car it just says that it fully updated. I can’t even activate automatic updates. I’m taking the car to an authorized Ford mechanic on January 2nd but I’d like to know if there’s any useful information in FDRS.

VIN: WF0TK3SU6MMA23368

Thanks!
Update since I posted this:
I took the car to a Ford dealer on January 2nd to get it updated but they stated that the car wouldn’t accept any updates at all (besides a brake recall), neither through USB nor straight from the laptop. Thankfully @rugedraw managed to send me the APIM files (much appreciated) which I used to successfully update the car on the first try. Right now the car states 21174_PRODUCT, revision 168 as the installed version meaning I still have a long way to go.

I talked to the service advisor and the tech about this and they want to take another shot at updating the car on Tuesday. According to the service advisor, the tech’s ONLY job that day will be to update my car (yeah…).

I’d appreciate it if someone could take another look at my VIN to see if there’s any useful information I could bring to the tech, for instance if there are any recalls and the status of the HVJB and 12v SoC.

VIN: WF0TK3SU6MMA23368

Thanks in advance!

Weird. Well it's in the shop all day today and will likely sleep there because they can't seem to figure out how to get the driver facing camera working properly... they claim they've installed every other update though.
