That’s a tough one - if they publish it on the internet, it’s no longer “inside scoop” is it? Also, if they say “we’re going to enhance the frunk by making it larger”, then discover they have no room for the 3 Ton carrier heat pump, people will complain that they didn’t deliver on their commitment.Done.
I wish they would give us technical help with potential fixes as well as details on future enhancements.
Give us the “inside scoop.”
It should be a combo of two people running it- a social media/marketing person and a technical advisor. And maybe have them fed info on future stuff from whoever runs the Mach E projects.
completed.Hello Mustang Mach-E owners –
We announced last month that you’ll begin to see some changes in how Ford manages the brand’s contributions to this forum. Among those changes will be delivering customer feedback surveys on a consistent basis to inform future improvements to our presence here. Your feedback also helps us deepen our understanding of our customers and their relationship to the brand and our products.
Take the survey here: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/bdd3089005c640bcbf8b9b29edbde6b8
The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your participation is greatly appreciated! If you’d like the opportunity to discuss your responses with us, you’ll have the option to provide your email address so we can reach out directly.

You mean where is Bluecruise 1.3 for YOUR 21?Done and where is the 21 job 1 bluecruise 1.3?
It is a tough one. Transparency always comes with risk of disappointment. That’s a tough one - if they publish it on the internet, it’s no longer “inside scoop” is it? Somebody involved in dev of the new app used to post here. He explained the reason for all the empty space was due to ADA constraints requiring scalability. But it annoys me that the home page of the app SCROLLS. It needs to be one fixed screen. When you’re fumbling phone in one hand it is so frustrating when the button you’re trying to press MOVES. That’s not how a car fob works and it’s not how PAAK should work, either.Hmmm. I posted a comment but it disappeared. Trying again...
@Ford Motor Company, why can't we get a much more useful, informative app? There is SO much wasted screen space on the Fordpass app (eg, I don't need a big picture of my car). Need more controls, more info, etc.
Example:
@kennelh created a great widget (that is currently not working while he waits for access to the Ford API or something like that). Provides lots of info. If @kennelh can put that together why can't the giant company that Ford is, with all their resources, do something similar/better?
