I don’t know, Donnie and Melania both have a meme coin now. And he wants the US to have a reserve of meme coin…
Come on, man. Take off the tinfoil. Ugh. Nope not gonna do it. You’re gonna believe what you believe. Have the last word, and have a great day.

Same person also saying nothing bad happened during first term tariffs. Vehicles prices went up from steel and aluminum, and had to massively bail out farmers with tax dollars over soy any others. And the deficient certainly didn’t go down….

But I know, I know. Pre November egg prices were going to drop “so fast your head will spin”, DAY 1.

But now the bird flu that has always been the cause of the increase is suddenly real and it just can’t be helped.

meanwhile back on topic.... Based on some clarification today, It looks like imports that were USMCA compliant will be tariff free going forward. (as of 3-7-25 as things change)

He gets cashed out daily for purchases of his meme coin. In hard currency. From one of the Chinese exchanges.

That is only a one-month delay to give manufacturers time to shift all production to the US ?

Just use common sense. (Although there seems to be a shortage of that now) Trump snaps his fingers and says start building them here. There's no way it can happen that fast, and the huge price to do so gets paid for by who? Us again, that's who.

Hey, I’m just passing on context. Go tell your leader that.
One month delay while Canada keeps their tariffs on us and our liquor of their shelves!

So much winning.

No, these deals seem to be all over the place and were widely talked about here for a long time.

Example-
https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/lease-vs-buy-24-gt.40769/

$11k off MSRP for a purchase and $13500 off for a lease.

So MSRP would seem insane to me.

And for a 2025 now? Well advertised at 5% off-
https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/2025-mach-e-5-under-msrp-granger-motors.40310/
I’m only talking about 2025’s. The best deal I’ve seen on a 2024 Premium anywhere within a 1500 mile radius of me was a total o $8000 below MSRP — after discounts AND incentives — for a purchase and $15,500 off for lease due to the $7500 fleet credit. This was all part of the year-end clearance push, right before Christmas. Prices are higher now, assuming you can even still find a ‘24 on the lot anywhere within a 1000 miles of me. At $8000 off, my wife and I almost bought the ‘24 Premium but we did not do it and decided to order the ‘25 instead. Why? Because with the ‘25, the MSRP is already $4000 lower than the ‘24 MSRP for the same configuration. Plus we get the heat pump and ventilated seats, new improved suspension. My wife also got to order the new Molten Magenta color. We almost bought a Glacier Gray, which was my pick, but this will be her daily driver and that was her second choice.

So, the ‘24 had an MSRP of $56K, dealer had a $4K discount, incentives were: $1000 Tesla Conquest, $1000 Ford Power Promise, $2000 Ford Factory Cash. Put the purchase price at $48K.

The ‘25 Premium with the new color and features and otherwise same configuration has the new lower MSRP of $52K. $2600 dealer discount (5% at Granger Motors that you used in your example), plus another $500 repeat customer (I’ve bought a few vehicles from them) and $1000 Ford Power Promise (If I take delivery by 3/31). So that makes my price $48K from Granger on the ‘25….

The one disadvantage to buying out of state is claiming the state tax credit, which I have to claim on my ’25 tax return next year. I didn’t figure the state credit into the above numbers, it’s the same either way and would apply the same no matter what EV I buy. If I buy in-state I can take it as a point of sale credit and it’s also a bit more money if I can roll it into financing or a lease.

If we can get past all the potential tariff nonsense and Ford ships all the cars here they intend to, I’m sure we’ll see some killer discounts on the ‘25s at the end of the year. I’m not waiting until then, wife wants her new car now.

I have seen a few dealers offer up a bit better deal than Granger, but they’re farther away and it becomes a bigger logistical problem to buy from them. Their discounts on the ‘25s are only better by maybe $500, so not worth the extra effort. Especially if it puts me in a situation where I have to spend $1800+ to ship the car. .

Question-There's the Power Promise incentive that expires 4/1 for $1K off if you don't take the charger. If you have a custom order that arrives after 4/1, can you still get that incentive?

No, it’s a separate program not technically an incentive. So it’s just gone when Ford decides to end the program. So far they have extended it twice, perhaps they will extend it again?
