Fords in car search is pretty terrible, with spotty supercharger listings and no along route feature nor searching in a city you are aiming for by zooming. The public charging app is better but no map. Most reasonable features require a connected subscription, although many have that as part of the purchase.ABRP (free version) feels very dated and clunky to use. I haven’t needed it for live updates but it’s something I wanted to try. What OBD dongle is everyone using?
Googles in car search is better, with along route and destination percent, and a good looking ui, and amenities and has the best nav, but no live tesla and no charging parameters (arrival and destination and network) holds it back. One expects improvement over time. It's free, that is, it stores and monitizes your travel data (eg, feeds into ai) and takes money from advertisers to push up their locations.
Abrp has the best charging data and charging routing, maybe ok nav, poor amenities and ui. It's a smaller subscription than ford. But not free. May not sell your data and i haven't seen serious monetization yet.
Paid may be a good thing, although we're pretty far down the rabbithole of The Corporations Has All Our Datas.
