Yeah... I posted info on my dealer's current in stock car vs. my ordered car. The VINs ended in 01xxx (in stock) and 02xxx (mine). The in stock car was ordered much later than mine with a later ETA but was delivered ahead of schedule whereas mine is now about 2 weeks behind schedule. So who knows?

My tin foil hat theory is that Ford tried to get as many cars across the border as quickly possible before any tariffs hit and may have left off some final touches (inspections, etc.) normally done at the assembly line and those are what's holding things up (along with the software fix).

The last 5 of our VIN starts with 2, so it's a pretty recent build. The ETA just got pushed out over a month to 6/07 to 6/13.

Another delay... This time it's a 9-day delay from 10 days ago.

The early ETA is now 47 days instead of the 48 that it was on April, 19th.

I ordered 174 days ago.

New ETA is 6/15 - 6/21

I got pushed back again as well. Ford couldn't care less about us. I ordered the first day.

Their customer service is a joke. Will go look at an in stock Equinox with Supercruize soon.

I have zero trust at this point.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes from Dallas to SoCal once they remember to ship?

I was pushed back again as well to mid June. It says it was shipped 3/28 but this is the 3rd time the ETA has gone backwards. I'm just going to go Saturday and get one that is the same as what I ordered but in stock almost 2hrs away from me. But I'm tired of being patient.

I'm considering going one more week or two with my current dealer before looking around for similar ones in stock nearby but elsewhere. This is getting ridiculous for me too.

My dealer says mine was finally released to ship on 4/25, but shows an ETA a month and a half out. Seems crazy. It was previously "on hold" for who knows what reason.

I was told that the tracker is very inaccurate. Especially with all the weird holds going on. My FM has until next week to give me an answer on where my car is or I am going to start exploring dealer stock options.

I finally got the call that the premium I ordered finally came in. I want be taking it since I bought a better one off the lot however. Im sure the salesperson will be hurt when I inform her.

So you purchased a stock ordered unit from a different dealer?

My dealer originally said mid-March based on when I put my deposit on the car in mid-February. I went with the dealer stock order in part because if I wanted a custom order, I'd need to wait until the end of summer or something at least.

I ordered one thinking the glass roof was standard and learned this model year it was optional at a different dealership. Ended up finding one with the glass roof, extended range and sports package all for 5k. Couldn't turn that down.

I ended up changing my mind about molten magenta after seeing it in person on the gas mustang. So now I have 3 different deposits on velocity blue, extended range battery, AWD, at 3 different dealers. I agree this is getting ridiculous.

I did a quick check of all the nearby dealers on Ford's website and while there are a few of the cars with the packages I want near me, none are in Molten Magenta, which is the color I want.
