EDIT: This is EVERY recall/CSP for our vehicles, when I click SEARCH for my VIN it only has the 2.

My bad since I was logged in and assumed it was filtering by my vehicle. I do think this page is new with the all-inclusive recalls/CSPs

Yesterday I had the 24N08 seat buckle and 24B42 one pedal (which I already fixed myself with FDRS) CSPs active

This morning I have a recall and 9 CSPs? Did anyone else get a ramp up in these? I'm all up to date with FDRS, so pretty confident none of the software ones even apply to me currently.

I just got back from my 20k mi checkup and was told the driver side seat belt is only accomplished if there is an issue with it engaging.

No, she indicated the CSP will cover the repair if the seat belt fails after the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty expires. I didn't ask and she didn't indicate how long this extended the warranty for the drivers seat belt.

My dealer calls it a recall when it's a CSP. Perhaps they have to dumb it down for Joe Public?

If your dealer calls them recalls, he would be required to fix these CSP's. It's my understanding that nothing will be done to your MME if you bring it to the dealer regarding a CSP unless there is a problem as described in the CSP.

Regarding the driver's seatbelt (CSP 24N08), I got a letter in the mail this week about this. It only needs to be repaired if the Airbag Warning Light illuminates and a diagnostic code appears. There's a generous 15 year or 250,000 mile expiration.

I wouldn't worry about it. It probably impacts a small portion of MMEs.

If your dealer calls them recalls, he would be required to fix these CSP's. It's my understanding that nothing will be done to your MME if you bring it to the dealer regarding a CSP unless there is a problem as described in the CSP.

A TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) requires the problem as reported in it to be serviced. It is not free unless there is warranty coverage.

A CSP (Customer Satisfaction Program) simply fixes the issue described, as you noted, for free. Warranty is covered in the document, i.e. if it extends beyond the standard warranty.

This matches what the dealer told me yesterday. The sensor cable can become kinked. If the airbag light is on, then the airbag wont deploy, so you do want to get to fixed rapidly (and free) if that light comes on.

Same with the door seam thing. I was fairly certain when i scheduled the appointment the system called them recalls, but i understand the prefix clearly states the category.

I got the letter last week, will bring it in today, even I haven’t had any warning light on, another reason for the trip is to have my 12v battery checked out. It turns to three year old this month.
