Just saw this pop up for me on my 23.5 Mach-E with a 7/12/23 build date in Ford Pass. Guess I'm calling the dealer tomorrow.
I got the same one. Because I got it the same day a nail was deflating my tire while it was sitting in my garage (got the alert b/w/o Ford Pass App), I brought the car in to the dealer for the tire ($348.75 for the tire and 3 tires' rotation @5200 miles) and showed the tech the seatbelt buckle "Customer Satisfaction" program notification on my phone. Was asked if I'd experienced any problems with it; and I said "not yet." The response was: "If it hasn't been a problem, we're not going to replace it." So, I guess I'm waiting for a "problem." Sure hope it's not calamitous.
Now, the tire issue:
Went into the garage in response to the alert and could see the large sheet metal screw sticking out of the driver's side rear tire; which was at 25 psi already! Called for roadside assistance and the driver insisted on plugging the tire after I told him Ford advises these tires should not be plugged. But the tow was going to cost me $270 + tax (to pass my old Ford dealership on route to the one I purchased the car at); and the driver said he's escort me the entire 20 miles there.... I chose the less expensive alternative, drove the car to the dealership and got the expected: "We don't patch tires that've been plugged. You need a new one...."
Post-script: Many thanks to this community's member who posted and identified the lift points for jacking MMEs! I was able to get a floor jack under the left rear quarter of the car and get the tire off the floor before it went down onto the rim. Sorry, in my haste I neglected to note the member's moniker.

A builder botched a batch of buckles.
I examine 100s of vehicles, airbag warning light staying on due to seatbelt/wiring fault in that area more often on the more oft used & moved drivers seat is not so unusual on many models, the MME’s driver seatbelt wiring must be weaker and particularly more prone to this.
