Has anyone had solar panel install just for your EV? Full home solar panel is still not a break even until 18 years (part gas). Not worth it. I am thinking of just getting one panel to connect to charging only. Has anyone did that? Any pros and cons? Thanks. RJ

I was able to enter my vehicle info and get the tax benefit. It asked for the written contract date before 16 August 2022. That stressed me out. I thought the tax benefit was straight forward as long as you delivered before 31 Dec.

I built a home last year and the builder kindly electrified my garage. Looking at the double breaker for charging, it says 50 on both. I take that as 50 AMPs. I was told 40 or higher is required. But, dumb question, does the double 50 mean I have 100? Thanks. -J
