Just checked, but no results yet. For point of reference, my 11/1 KC arrival didn't appear in United Road's system until about 8-10 days later.

Got it. My dealer said he should have it in a couple of weeks, but like everyone else on this forum, I'm obsessing like a crazy person! Would love to confirm it's on a train/truck somewhere. I guess it would make me feel better. Thanks for checking!

Has anyone had any luck creating a Union Pacific Railroad account to do a little tracking? Have some issues with calling the 800 number. Says it can't find it. That system is a little funky. I got my railcar # from my dealer and want to see where that bad boy is!

This is what comes up in the NS system. Not showing any movement since October. I don't know if different companies rail cars can have the same exact identifier or not.

I just called the UP # and traced your rail car #. The info i got was:
"Equipment ID UMXU884969 arrived Empty at Colton CA Dec 23 1055 AM. Estimated Grounding
Dec 28 11AM. Origin ramp Sparks, NV"

Does that give you any good info at all?

Looks like it's in CA! Hopefully on a truck soon to my dealership!

PS: I don't like the phrase "arrived empty". ?

Yeah me either. Of course it only provided the LAST movement of the rail car. But hey, looks like you're very close! Try this site with your vin and see if you get truck info.

I feel like this question has been asked but I don't recall seeing the definitive answer. Once your MME ships from Mexico and shows up as delivered in Palsapp what is the next step? Mine shows Origin KC / Destination Birmingham, MO and Delivered on the 19th (Norfolk Southern / VOTZ. Will I see further updates in Palsapp or is this as far as I can go with this tracking site?

I suspect that you and I are both waiting for a railcar load to be assembled for delivery to Ayer. An 80 ft double decker rail car will accommodate 10 MME's.

If it is delivered on Palsapp, Palsapp is no longer useful.

You might need to call your dealer for a VVR for train car # and then track the train car as it travels. Then United Road will usually deliver your car from the train depot to the dealership.
