Thanks. I ordered 13 Sep from Angela Krause in Alpharetta. Build complete 2 Mar. Still no ship email and the ETA on the website is 3 Apr. I don't know when it will get here.

Yeah, mine has an eta of 3/31 - 4/6. About that....... lol

I am starting to think that the Exec office is as useless as the 1800 marketing number.....
Was assured today my car was scheduled to leave port yesterday, can't tell me what boat. No email from Ford that my car shipped, no update to the tracking page other than a new date on my window sticker as of 4/6. I know at some point that date has to stop changing.....
Maybe Maybe my car is on the Alliance Fairfax, not a major carrier of Ford Trading Company but a see a few on the manifest along with Audi, BMW and US Military stuff!

But on the way to Texas before Jacksonville, I have very little confidence in the information I got today. To top it off her phone extension on her email is someone elses!

Funny thing. I’m flying back to JAX through Houston now. Maybe, I’ll hop on the Grande Mirafiori docked in Houston today. Get a case of beer for the crew and take the ship to Veracruz. Then I’ll load our cars up in Veracruz for the voyage to Jax.

I must be a gluten for punishment, I just called Ford. They said the car is awaiting shipment with an ETA of 5/2. They could not tell me how it would be shipped or when. And of course I was told to contact my dealer for more information... It is a little like a theater of the absurd.

I am even seeing some CYA in this womans note to me: Like
1) I can't expedite your car. WHAT how is asking where a 3/2 built asking to be expedited.
2) she reminded me my contract was with dealer not @fordmotorcompany !!

And let's be real. Dealerships already don't care, and if they know they can't hit you with ADM (which is a lot of orders atm), they DEFINITELY don't care.

Does anyone know what this means regarding the whereabouts of the car / how to track it:
"the vehicle is currently in Transit and shipped with Convoy carrier #220328383 showing transportation company Consorcio De Servicios Internacionales Sa De Cv"

Not sure on this but if you look at production numbers for March they are significantly increased. My guess is there is a lack of transportation to get them all shipped. My guess is they have enough rail cars for normal production but now have an issue as they got a lot of the cars on holds completed. I hope this is the case as it means your cars would be on their way; although delayed, and not in limbo.

Sure, probably, but they should be prioritizing the holds for shipping once they are completed, no?

UPDATE - I just received my VVR and there has been some movement:

VVR on 3/22 - Awaiting shipment / Delay Rail Carrier-Santa Rit / Start date 4/2, End 4/08
VVR on 3/31 - Awaiting shipment / Ramp 7V-Veracruz VL / Start date 4/2, End 4/08

My 'status date' is 3/28. I assume I'm waiting on a ship from Veracruz to JAX. I have not received anything from Ford that says 'shipped'. Maybe I'll get the shipped email when it's on the boat?

Hopefully this is useful information for everyone (especially those in Florida and Georgia). Also, hopefully this helps everyone in batch 3565.

I got the same thing on my VVR and I live in Seattle area. Not sure why they would take a ship for WA, so probably not correct.

I hope that is true! My guess is ocean travel much quicker than rail. Took 21 days by rail from KC to Tacoma and only 4 days from Tacoma to Anchorage. Now just a short 350 mile haul to the dealer for me.

Were you able to track all those voyages? How? Like now once off ship how do track that 350?
