Still "in production" and still showing expected delivery of 1 March 2022.
Summary of email exchange with my dealer ...

Me: Status?​

Him: I'll let you know tomorrow.​

Me, several days later: Status? Arranging financing and down payment.​

Him: I'll let you know tomorrow.​

Him, next day: It is real close. You are right to arrange the $$ now.​

Me: How close is real close?​

Him: I'll let you know tomorrow.​

You'd think he'd get the message that a real answer would get me out of his hair for a while.

Email today from dealer says my vehicle is on the way and should be available here in California around February 7. Yet palsapp still shows it as TBD and ford.com still shows as in production. So I suppose I will have the new MME sometime between early February and next hockey season.

Another Thursday, another new window sticker, unchanged from prior editions except for the "edition date" at the bottom which now reads 01/27/2022.

I wonder what older consumer electronics or late model junkyard cars I can gut, that would allow Maria and Jose to populate the empty sockets of my Mustang.

The delays are ugly. I've already watched every YouTube video on this car, including the poorly made ones. And I check the job listings for planta Ford Cuautitlan just to see if there are indications of staffing trouble (I've noticed an uptick in their hiring of warranty repair case managers, which is normal as the number of cars in the wild (slowly) increases).

My palsapp.com is still showing null, sadly. Built 1/14, shipped email was dated 1/17, vehicle last tracked in a TX depot. Est. arrival to Richmond VA remains 2/25 despite so many other 1/3 builds receiving pushed out delivery dates (mostly chip holds of course).

Congrats! I see from your previous posts that my car is 326 cars behind yours in the same batch. Unfortunately, mine is on chip hold. Were you ever on a chip hold?

I don’t believe so. I feel lucky that everything has been going smoothly. I received the shipped email couple days after the built email, and the ford websites have all said shipped so far, but I’ve never called the dealer to find out though.

Give it a couple more days. From lurking in the forum, it looks like palsapp shows something between 10 days and 15 days after the shipped emails from Ford. Hopefully yours and mine are on the same train because mine is going to NoVa eventually.
