Congratulations on your new Mach-E! How was your buying experience at Ford Store Morgan Hill? Were they able to give you the MSRP from the 2021 invoice (before the $2000 increase)? Did they trick you in buying any unwanted extras? Did you get x-plan?

Although I live in NY I have searched for cars here in Florida and a number of dealerships add on $750 just because, and that’s on all cars and that was before the shortages, so I get it.
Unfortunately, no. When I had the dealer accepted my online order back in September, they agreed to x-plan discount based on MSRP on paper window sticker. I never thought the MSRP would increase in October then again in December. So I took the price protection instead of x-plan since it would be $2000 instead of $1178. luckily, they didn't charge a huge amount of documentation fee about $250.
It's really bullcrap what these dealers are doing. They are supposed to do X-Plan on the original order with the first price increase (and the offsetting $750). Then $2,000 off. That's over $800 people are being screwed out of.
I ordered mine 7/31/2021. No updates on the Ford.com site (shows "In Production/In Progress" as status with the "Scheduled for Production" week as 1/3). The Ford Order Tracking website now shows estimated delivery as 5/25 (it's been bumped a couple of times). Modules show active, dealer says it's either on a chip hold or waiting for transportation. In the upper right corner of your window sticker, to the left of the VIN, there's a batch number showing how many vehicles being produced in that batch and where your vehicle is within that group (mine: 003316 297/540). If you read through this thread, you can learn more about that and get an idea of where others are around you with their orders. You may be in the same batch as me based on when you ordered. If I'm not mistaken, without reading through it again, I think some folks in the first 200 of this batch have received, or are in the process of receiving their MME.
I'll say again that my dealer in the Richmond VA area honored the X-Plan price that was locked on 10/1 /21 on the 2022 that I ordered that day. I was price protected and the dealer received from Ford the $2000 delta between the 10/1/2021 price I paid and the 1/10/22 going price (the day I bought it). I.E., not all dealers are screwing the MME buyers after our long waits.
May be you can find those if you know about all that shit ahead of time.....
Yeah, I was 003372 7/630. I'm just glad it's at least been built. If it's just waiting for a chip, hopefully once they get it'll get "finished" and shipped sooner
