You can try, but both chat and phone gave me nothing. VVR was the only thing to change. All that chat told me constantly was "in transit". I don't think the transit info populates in their system like it does with a VVR.
Chat is reading the VVR, you just need to guide them to what you need (and try another person if unsuccessful). I gently guided my rep to provide me the last location and date of that status update and she provided it (after originally just saying "in transit")
If I recall, you came by rail through Jacksonville. If so, this confirms coming by ship to Jax Port is a evil curse placed upon me and my shipmates.
Mine has not changed, but it wouldn't surprise if it does.
