Need a little quick help. Good news is my Mach E arrived last night at the dealership and I'm trying to pay for it today/Saturday. I remember getting an email for a $750 credit to convert from 2021 to 2022 but can't seem to find it. Looks like my dealer needs that. Did everyone get that at conversion? Will find out if they honor my 10/6/21 price in a little while. Thanks for the help

Just called Ford Customer service again and they helped....dealer wanted the 10 digit code and they found it in my records!

I've decided to pick up Friday. My sales guy said they are honoring the price protection, I just hope it's off the invoice and not have to wait 2 months for a check. He's already said the $750.00 email will apply. I do plan on going with the option plan. My understanding you can take what the program was offering at order date or delivery date. At my order date the incentive was $2500. and rate of 2.49% better than the current program. I'll let you know how it goes on Friday. Hopefully your date is sooner than later.

Well, got my delay email from April 28-May 1 to June 4–June 10. Either my car is coming this weekend or June. 'Tis a long way from Kansas.

Yeah I just chatted with them, they said there's a delay due to plant hold and the new delivery is by 6/12.

Im thinking Ford-speak “plant hold” means “ we are storing it at a facility until we can find a transport agency (trucker cleared for auto transport, rail carrier with appropriate kind of rail car and adequate staffing, shipper, …, ).” So depending upon when they get one, we could wait a few days or who knows?

Still haven't seen the final price but with the help of a few of you did get the $750 2021 to 2022 credit. Thanks so much for the help! FY, Ford never changed my 5/20-5/26 estimated delivery, just got a note to finalize the purchase..

. Mind you I did all this by photos of invoices but my dealer gave me this. So anyone with x and rollover you should ask your dealer to show you this. The 799 was a game they played with numbers but x plan numbers match up

After an 8 months wait finally got it home. It feels great, drives great and looks great. Just need to figure out how everything works and get everything programmed to my liking. The dealer experience went well. Bought from Geweke Ford in Yuba City. They offered the price protection without an issue. That’s after I brought it to there attention a few weeks back. Also got the 750. rebate for the model year change. They participate in the Calif clean air program so I got that 750. credit from the state of Calif. I did go with the option program and they honored the $2500. incentive in place at time of order instead of the current $2000. incentive. They said the rate at time of order was 2.70%. I thought it was 2.49% but I decided not to argue with them as I’m planning on payed it off anyways. All in all everything went fairly well and I’m a happy camper. I’m thankful for this forum because if I hadn’t joined I would not have been aware of the price protection and the option incentives at time of order. As I learned from this forum, hit up your dealer before delivery regarding price protection and incentives

Glad to hear it went smoothly for you. I did go to that dealership initially when I first thought about buying the Mach E but since I qualify for x plan they didn’t take it.

The dealership did send a email out today with ETA of 5/8-5/16, which is similar date range that ford sent out last week with shipped email.
