Is Ford chat broken for everyone else today? I've tried clicking on the chat page on various browsers and none will even open the page. Was hoping to get a location update today.

It's been that way for me since last Friday. The chat does not work.

Yeah same here. The "chat" section seems to have been removed from the page entirely, whether that's intentional or not I don't know but kind of sucks because it's been the only reliable way to get info for me, my dealer is kind of wishy washy ...

They sorta re-arranged stuff, but there's still a little "Start Chat" button that expands a chat window in the bottom right corner of my screen when I go to this page:

Thank you, that worked! My car is now in Richards Gebaur, MO which seems to be the greater Kansas City area. I believe it has to transfer trains to get over to Ohio before it goes on the truck right? Either way hopefully it'll arrive much sooner than the 7/22-7/28 estimate Ford is still quoting.

So my Mach-E is on a Norfolk Southern train (TTGX). Does anybody know if Norfolk Southern takes my car to Kansas City? or does Norfolk Southern takes the car to Laredo and then the car goes on Kansas City Southern (KCS) train to Kansas City? Final destination is Northern California.

How do you get location from that CHAT? There were only two options to choose from, and neither seemed to be related to location.

I just select the general vehicle question/care/maintenance/etc category and ask them there. I think the other one is just for Sync questions.

Update from Ford Chat today: My MME is on Ramp 6U in Muncie, KS. Not sure what comes next but it is at least in US. Also talked to FordPass app via chat and they said you cannot activate the FordPass app without being in the vehicle physically to accept prompts on the screen. So for those who were able to while it was in Mexico being built you might need to reset once it arrives

Is anyone taking advantage of the free Ford guided virtual tour? Looks like you have to take delivery of your Mach-E before the appointment. Not sure it's really worth the time unless after I take delivery and can't figure something out within the car.

My car has been delivered! The dealer just sent me this picture. Can't take it home until Ford fixes this thing unfortunately

My Mach E in batch 6103 was last in Corpus Christi on 6/25. Live chat and the dealer are still estimating the car to be delivered to Morgan Hill in the first week of August. Does anyone have any insight into what path the car takes from Corpus Christi to the Bay Area?

I'm in the process of moving and may have to fly back to the Bay Area to pick up the car and drive it to my new home . I'm hoping it arrives way sooner than they're expecting.

Batch 6074 84/305 - In production 5/27, built 6/14

So, according to my dealer. My car is in Laredo, TX. That looks like it's on the Mexican boarder.

I still show connectivity with my FordPass app however GPS still shows at the factory. So, it seems like once it went inside a train, it must have lost the GPS tracking. I'll be able to confirm that once it gets removed from the train.

ETA is July 18 - 24th. In Kissimmee Florida. My guess it might hit the dealership before then.

Update:

My car is received - Ramp 6R, Richards-gebaur, MO. Still shows delivery date July 18 - 24th. I would assume it should be in Flordia before then.
