Unfortunately Ford chat is super behind and all they told me today was the railcar number that I've known for over 2 weeks now. I did call the rail tracking number again and even though it arrived at the drop-off point back on the 12th, it's been stuck there for 6 days at least, with the last update on the 16th saying "actual placement of car", which I see means the train car is actually accessible for unloading. So I guess the Mach-E never had an opportunity to be picked up by the truck until Saturday at the earliest. I feel bad for anyone that's waiting beyond Ohio, this seems like a slow train since it took 4 days of sitting in a rail yard to even get in the right position lol.
I have a car on the way to Cleveland and cant track my railcar via Norfolk Southern's automated system. What location is you car sitting at in Ohio?

Sorry some of you guys are still waiting...it's definitely worth the wait...

Question, do we get confirmation that Ford replaced with a new HVBJB module? Never heard the exact outcome over the new cars getting produced. Don't know if we just got the software update or if they actually changed the part.
Yeah, that is what many of us have been wondering.
I have looked at a lot of other threads, but nothing saying 100% that we received the new HVBJB.
Plus, it looks like there was a "B" version and now a "C" version of the HVBJB.
I would have thought someone on this forum would have answered this question already, but I can't find the answer anywhere.

Avon Lake, Ohio. My car shipped on 6/15 though so it's hard to say if yours would be on the same train.

I dont think it would be on the same train, just curious. I wonder why it would be stopped in Avon Lake. Thats just 20 mins from me.

According to my dealer, that's the hub where the train drops cars off for all the dealers in the area. Also, looking at Google Maps, it appears that Ford's Ohio truck plant is right there too, so it's probably a convenient place to unload Fords and pick up trucks at the same time. The good news is Jack Cooper Transport is right across the street so I'd assume that once they have a truckload ready to go it should be a pretty quick turnaround.

My car arrived a week early. I got the call on a Tuesday but I couldn't pick it up until Saturday. I got there as soon as the dealership opened and it was parked and charging with a hang tag with my name on it! Despite worrying for several months that I was going to get screwed by the dealership, I got the car for the 2021 price (I ordered in Nov '21) and got a good rate on the Ford Options plan. No sneaky add on's. This is my first new car since 1993. I've always bought almost new used cars. But I wanted an EV and I wanted a small SUV and the Ford Options plan made it happen. It didn't hurt that my last car was a 2007 blue Mustang. Which I drove for 13 years. So far I love Blueberry! It's a little bouncier than I'm used to but maybe that's just the difference in driving an SUV vs. a coupe. But all else so far I love. Fingers crossed I don't have any issues. I've had a pretty shitty year so far, I just finished 6 rounds of chemo for a cancer recurrence that I thought I had beat. (I had a 10 yr remission). I got the No Evidence of Cancer news and Your Mach-E is here news the same week.

I did figure out how to access United Road trucking and now I will get all the stalking notifications my heart desires and currently my MME is on the Ford Wilmington Ramp in New Castle Delaware and I will get notifications when it starts moving! I used this from the incredibly helpful Broncos forum:

On a smartphone device - because the Captcha won't come up on PC, load this web site:
On a smartphone device - because the Captcha won't come up on PC, load this web site:
https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt
Enter your VIN where requested and clear the "I'm not a Robot" check.
This will give you your Load Number (order) and Destination (your Dealer). Keep track of this Order Number.

Under Register Email click on 'Register'
Enter your Name and Email address and click 'Subscribe'. This links your Email address and the Dealer you're interested in.
You will get a 'Successfully Registered' response if it likes what you entered. If you get an error message just keep pressing the register button until it says “Successfully Registered”

You will then be sent a Temporary Password to your e-mail address you supplied.

When that comes, open this web site:
OVISS - Login (unitedroadlogistics.com)
Carefully enter your email and temporary password - it only gives 3 tries. You will then be prompted to change the password. (must have a Capital & Lower case letter, Number, and special character). I seem to remember, I had trouble finding the 'submit' button on this screen - it's WAY to the right. Once it's accepts your selected password, you can go back and login again.

What you will see is all the orders bound for your Dealer. Don't worry if you don't see your Bronco because it's not ready to be picked up yet.
On that page, select the Menu bars (three horizontal bars next to their logo) and select 'Track'.

In that window, enter the Order Number you received earlier. You can also track by VIN as well.

If you got everything right, you will see an entry with your VIN and the Destination Rail Yard and Your Dealer. When you select 'Track' on that window a map showing the route the truck is expected to follow to get from the Rail Yard to your Dealer.

Back on the Order number Results Page, next to your order number, it will likely say 'inactive'. That means that the 'plan' is in place and ready when the Bronco gets to the Rail Yard.

When it gets to the Rail Yard, that should change to 'Pending Pickup'.

Once it's picked up and on its way: I believe it says 'In Route'

Once it's been dropped at the Dealer: I believe that it says 'Delivered'
Thanks for sharing! Now I can check whether the car reached richmond! Ford chat still has it at Corpus Christi. ?

Congrats! Nice pictures.
Was debating on going with the GB or RR color, but ended up deciding on Rapid Red because I LUV_RED, haha.

Hope you do have a great rest of the year with a great new car and Cancer free!!!

Thank you x 1000!!! Best post on this thread. I was able to get my email registered and now I’m able to track my Mach-E once it’s been picked up from the rail yard.

Cars can get to Florida and California before they can get to Ohio, go figure. My car finds a way to be the last one to arrive even when it defies logic.
No worries, I don't think you'll be the last one. But if my car makes it to Hawaii before yours makes it to Pittsburgh, then we'll know you had really, really rotten luck :p

Yeah, that is what many of us have been wondering.
I have looked at a lot of other threads, but nothing saying 100% that we received the new HVBJB.

I would have thought someone on this forum would have answered this question already, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
Only dropping the battery and looking at the part number to be sure. But it would be crazy to not have shipped the cars post 5/25 with the old part.

Laurie, congrats on the car and thank you for being vulnerable on a forum full of strangers. I was here thinking that I had a shitty 2022, then I read your post and it gives me perspective. Life is short and fragile, it needs to be meaningful. Here to beating the cancer's butt and to being an inspiration to random people in the Internet! ?

My date just got moved back by other 3 days, now it is 7/19-7/25

Originally started at 7/5. Anyone else waiting keep having their dates moved back?

Forgot to add my batch was 6051. Just did ford chat and they said the vehicle was received on Ramp Tb, in Alliance, TX on 7/30/2022. Not sure what that means, maybe June? I have a feeling my car has an issue, damage or battery :(
