My date just got moved back by other 3 days, now it is 7/19-7/25

Originally started at 7/5. Anyone else waiting keep having their dates moved back?

Thankfully my date has held at 7/22-7/28 this whole time but at this point (sitting in a rail yard 80 miles away for over a week), I wouldn't be surprised if my date gets pushed back too.

I am at my office today, 12 minutes from the railyard in Avon Lake. Just for fun I am going to drive past it at lunch time to take a look. My car is still in the tracking black hole with no info since the 12th in KC. I would imagine it too would go to the Avon Lake site to be unloaded and trucked 20 mins to the dealer.

I am sure I wont see much, but I will let you know, lol

Still waiting on mine as well. To add to the frustration, I now see many folks in the 5/30 Build Week are taking delivery of their MME's.

I saw several empy rail cars, lots and lots of truck cabs ready to be shipped out from the ford plant and lots of empty car/truck carriers at Jack Cooper Transport. No signs of any Mach E's or other vehicles waiting to be loaded onto trucks. Maybe they hide the Mach E's some where else or maybe they are all out on trucks making their way to us. The blind wait continues.

For those very early in the build week whose vehicle is part of the recall, it wasn’t much of a problem at all. I was scheduled to pick up my car Monday (arrived over the weekend), but the dealer realized Monday morning they needed to perform the recall. They did the software recall that day and said it would need around 24 hours for Fords’ system to get fully updated so they could process the vehicle to sell. Picked my car up this morning and it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned (mainly had Fords, Subarus, and Audis in the past). Blue Cruise worked great on way home on the interstate, better than I expected based on some of what I’ve read here. If you expect it to be a very advanced adaptive cruise control you’ll be happy.

Got the call this morning from my dealer that my Mach-E will be ready to pick up this afternoon!

The problem is, I am stuck at work because will be taking some time off starting tomorrow because relatives are flying into town tonight. Will see if we can fit in picking up the car while the relatives are here, but may have to be next week.

At least I know the car has arrived at the dealership and is ready whenever I have time to go pick it up.

My scheduled delivery to SoCal was July 21-27, so was a day early.

My dealer confirmed my MME arrived yesterday 7/19. In a couple of weeks I will have it in Santo Domingo!

Wow that’s awesome, thanks for checking! Weird you didn’t see any, especially if the rail cars and trucks are all empty. The mystery just won’t end lol.

So I called the Norfolk Southern tracking line again and around 2:30 today the rail car was marked “RLOD” which I believe means the load is released and the car is empty, so hopefully that explains why you saw only empty rail cars and I’m hoping that means they were quickly picked up on trucks and on the way to dealers. My salesman said he usually gets a call anywhere between 1 hour to 24 hours before the truck arrives at the dealership. Really hope it shows up tomorrow or Friday.

Ordered 10/1, had a build week of 5/23 and delivery estimate of 8/18. Came in early this week and I just picked it up! Dealer shows no open recalls and software shows up to date. Dealer also states that they’re fairly certain this build week has the new HVBJB part but can’t tell me for certain. Your guess is as good as mine on that. But happy to finally pick the car up!
