Nothing is certain, yet. Ford's not saying. On other lengthy threads on the HBVJB "welding contactor"/22S41 recall issue, other users assume that because the upgraded hardware is available to dealers, that this issue is a hardware fix for most MME built after 24May 2022. IMHO, this seems reasonable assumption. However, I'm not due to have my MME even built until late September when all MME problems will have been fixed.To my knowledge the builds after May 24th will come with the "patch"/update the recalled models are having to get done. I haven't heard that the actual part has been changed out on the new ones.

Based on Forum comments in these "build week" threads, window stickers and batch numbers are produced around 4 to 10 days ahead of the day Ford schedules the build. (For Ford, "in production" seems to mean that the assembly plant computer is setting up your order but won't actually begin physical assembly until the "build date". In my case, the time between my order being scheduled and actually being assembled is 60 days, about a month longer than usual. So, for a 9/19 build week, the unit's window sticker might be available in week of 9/13. Always remain open to pleasant surprises/disappointments, though.
I got the exact date from the Ford chat. I gave them my VIN and ask for all the updates they have and they responded with,
That "special order" date is sometimes referred to as the "invoice date" It seems to be the date that coincides with the batch number and build date, just a few days before the physical assembly of the MME begins. So, the invoice date of 7/18/22 infers that the subject MME will actually go along the assembly line and become a real thing. (Another date is sometimes seen on lowest margin of the window sticker. This is changed each time the Window Sticker may be updated.
