Hi Steph,

So mine is being shipped with BNSF (#BNSF314668) but as you suggested I called UP but it didnt work
Here is the prompt options I selected

1. Trace Billing Ramp storage or reservation --- Trace
2. Number of equipment's --- 1
3. equipment ID numbers -- 314668

and it tells me equipment IDs associated with this number and asks me to select one.

I'm pretty sure I did something wrong. Could you please help

Everything is good except for step 3. Don't type in the number, it won't work for some reason that way. Technology LOL. Anyhow, when you get to that part say the entire rail car BNSF314668. It will then ask you if you would like a fax copy, I always say no. Then it will look it up and tell you the details. While they are vague compared to Norfolk Southern tracking, it will give you something to work from

FWIIW - my car finished it's rail ride ending about 60 miles from the dealership - That was 8/31/2022 - did not arrive at the dealership till 9/12/2022 - dealer said there was a truck shortage.

Well mine magically showed up at the dealer today! Picking up tomorrow, passed rear half shaft inspection

Still sitting at the train depot since Monday.

dealership called over there to find out why it hasn’t been trucked over yet and the rail yard said it is being “held”. No reason why, but dealership is trying to contact their rep about it and trying to get it sent over to the dealership

Has anyone seen their Estimated Delivery window disappeared from Ford's tracker? My delivery window has slipped 5 times and now it went missing.

Car status is actual placement. Looked that up... "Actual Placement'' shall mean when a rail car is placed in or delivered to an accessible position for unloading, or to a point designated by the consignee or unloader. and is reported by the railroad through the CLM system as placed on a specified date and time.

I have! Mine went missing back in August. ETA according to the dealer and Ford chat changed to Sept 25 - Oct 1. It’s been sitting in Laredo, TX for weeks now.

Just picked mine up today, took about 2 hours was a smooth process no up charges, but of course tried to up sell me during the finance process on extras, but my finance guy was talking against most of it saying it was not necessary with an EV. Got a 2.4% interest rate since I reserved back in December so have you dealership check for that, he said some people have saved money depending on when they ordered.

For those still waiting, my order status still shows as shipping and my car did not ship
Until after the 2 week closure of the factory. Shipped to Tampa, Fl. My sales guy kept me up to date on the process and would send the shipping info when I asked. So great experience on my end hope you all have same, love the car but could not do to much since it’s been raining here all day. Good luck!

Been busy since buying. Salesmen had no clue but finance lady did give rate at reserve so that's like half current rates.

I bought b2b wrap up insurance and tire and rim hazard. Gave me less than I wanted for trade but no ADM or other issues. Overall it was okay.

Car is fun, off the line it seems decent compared to FWD I'd.4 but I haven't done unbridled and its only a std range RWD

Tint and ceramic soon.

Also, literally the first light I stopped at a dude in a dodge challenger was eyeing the pony up and down and up again

Shipped from Mexico on August 18th and arrived on Sept 17th according to the ford visibility report that my dealer shared with me. So about a month
