Still not built, 9038 316/686, in production 10/24, in production date of 10/29, but still not built, tear tag and modules all present. Dealer said it was “produced”, whatever that means. Got the Ford “sorry about the delays” email.
Try hitting up ford chat and see what the secondary status is. If you don't get it from the first agent try again.

The primary status can lag behind sometimes.

That seems like an impossible set of circumstances together. If the vehicle was "produced", you see the modules and tear tag, I don't see how that could not be "Built". Maybe a website error? Have you chatted with Ford?
Mine in the same spot. Got everything but only told it been produced and not built. Pretty much saying our cars are built but they are missing the chip.

Update! Sales rep just called to tell me the Mach-e is in their lot. I'm getting it tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. Interestingly, this dealer has two orders for a Premium with Cyber Orange color. Sales rep checked VIN numbers to confirm mine is one of them. YESSSS!
I actually received the car from the dealer yesterday. First longer trip today of approximately 2 hours north early then two hours south later in the day. Performed well but, drove against 30 mph headwind south which zapped 20% of the battery. Before the return trip I should have charged from 50% to 100%, instead of only 80%. Extending warranty from 3 years/36K miles to 10y/100k was only $3,200. Usually don't buy extended warranties but at that price I had to reduce the risk of newer technology. Consider when your car arrives.

I wouldn't put to much stock into those sorry for your loss emails. I got one either right before or right after mine moved to "built" status.

Does this extended warranty also cover the battery for 2 additional years?

It should. Original coverage for my 91KW battery is 10years/100K miles already. This coverage extends bumper to bumper, i.e. everything, for 10 years. Hope that clarifies.

Still the same, how about you? I sold the Leaf today, so that's one less vehicle for me. I am beginning to think I should have just purchased the EV6 when it came in 3 months after I ordered it (July 1 order, October 15th arrival at the dealership). Have a feeling the MachE is not coming in until February/March for "reasons". 9038 316/686, Tear Tag, modules, In production Date of 10/29, but still not "Built"... Not sure why we should "trust" Ford when they have a really had time producing vehicles in a timely manner (Even if I get it in December, that's 9 months) and Kia completes theirs in sub 3.5.

I am still happy with my choice of the Mach E. I think it looks better then the rest and will improve the most over time with software updates. I am told our cars are produced and are only waiting on a chip. I am sure we will have them before Christmas.

I agree with all of this, just so disappointed in the timeline and Ford's communication skills!

Ford Chat says, "it is Built, it's at Mexico, has an ETA to start the shipping process on 11/22 (I think they mean it does into Shipped status?). Has an ETA of 11/28 to be at the dealership (that seems really, really aggressive, but we will see..). The Ford web site still says In Production, but they (Ford Chat) believe the site is out of date since it shows Built on their end.

Six days to ship? In what universe?? Mine was built on 10/28 and they're saying 11/16 (as a minimum) to St. Louis, which isn't that far from the KC terminal.

Skip the extended warranty. The most expensive piece of equipment already has an 8-year/100K mile warranty on it. If you really want it, you have until the initial warranty is up in 3-years/36K miles. Plenty of Ford dealers selling the factory extended warranty online for well under $1200 right now. Get your money back now.
