Got an email from Ford on Dec 4th with this:

"Freedom and exhilaration are just around the corner! We are excited to inform you that your 2021 Mustang Mach-E Premium is on its way to your dealership. Congratulations!

Our current estimate for delivery to Puente Hills Ford is between January 16, 2022 and January 22, 2022. Once it arrives, a dealership representative will contact you to arrange final delivery."

Radio silence since.

E mail costs must have gone up as I haven’t even received an e mail from them after an e mail that build week was 11/29. I had to call dealer to find out it was postponed a week To 12/6.

Today my dealer was able to find out the railcar number - the first time it was available to them I believe. It is on the Kansas City Southern Railway, so I guess it is still on its way from Mexico to Kansas City. Build date was 12/2, ship date 12/4.

I called the CSX tracking phone number, but it says no status is available.

Mine was built that same day! Hopefully it's on that train too!

The CSX tracking phone number, which had no status yesterday, now gives the following info for my rail car on Kansas City Southern railway:

car BNSF314319 empty
has been released by customer
international freight Missouri
on KCS December 16, 3:32pm
and there is no ETA available

The "international freight" part was hard to understand, but I'm guessing that's what they were saying after googling and finding https://midamericafreight.org/index...ilities/kcs-international-freight-gateway-mo/

Based on what I saw in another post/thread, I guess the next step for shipping east would be trucking to Norfolk Southern's Voltz Yard and then Norfolk Southern would take the car to its rail yard in New Castle, Delaware.

It was built on Dec 2nd, so hoping for an update soon. Better be on a train! ?

It can be 14 days from shipping date, before you see an update on Palsapp.

UPDATE! My car has been moved to a CPR railcar, and is being attached to a CPR train in Missouri...

You are lucky to get those updates from the dealer. My Palsapp status is still the same as yours, except for delivered Dec 13.

Hopefully mine is riding with yours on CPR!

The ETA on the right indicates Jan 12 to 18. Does that mean dealer ETA I wonder??

Hi John - train car UCRY 001004 is now in London, Ontario - it was travelling all day today nonstop!
I wonder if it goes south to Niagara Falls, or to Toronto?? I'll check tomorrow morning. Exciting. Check out the map in my previous posts.

Great update for you, Boris!! I have seen your map tracking.

I have been living vicariously through your MME tracking, LOL. Logically speaking, I certainly believe there is a very good chance mine is on that same train. Time will tell.

After a bit of research this morning, I kinda think the train will end up in Agincourt. Then be transferred onto a vehicle transport for the final leg. Your Xmas delivery may happen. You can drive over there with your binoculars and maybe spot your MME!

Yup here’s mine - it says delivered on 12/14 at MO. Does this mean it’s on a truck somewhere headed my way? I’m in NJ. Est. Delivery is 1/9/2022… hoping and praying I get it this year ?

I believe this means it was trucked from the Kansas City Southern Railway International Freight gateway, where it arrived from Mexico, to the Norfolk Sothern VOLTZ freight yard in Birmingham, MO. From there it will travel on Norfolk Southern to New Castle, DE.

Update from me. Got my rail car # from the dealer. Mine left KC at 1024 this morning, and scheduled to arrive at the Atlanta rail yard Sunday the 26th. Then a short truck ride down to my dealer. Will I get it before Dec 31??? Wooo buddy!

Love it! With the rail # were you able to look it up or did all the info come from your dealer?
