12V Recall (25S65) Software Released

My 2021 Mach-e got 25S65 update at the dealership a few days ago. The service manager noted that the 12V battery's State of Charge (SOC) was in the ninety-ish prior to the update, but dropped to the eighty-ish afterward, despite using a trickle charger during the process. He mentioned this isn’t the first time he’s seen this happen, but he’s unsure of the cause. Any thoughts?"

They’re supposed to use a robust power supply, not a trickle charger.

I got an OTA labeled PT-25.12.14, which the release notes state "provides a remedy for Saftey Recall 25S65" on Nov 7th. Ford app still says my recall is still incomplete, with a "campaign" node of 25S65/25V404. Does that imply that I still have to take it to the dealer to get the 25V404? Any chance I can update this at home with FDRS? I'd gladly pay $50 for a weekend of FDRS and complete this on my time, not the dealers time.

You don't have to take it in, it just needs time to clear from the app.
