2021 Mach-E not receiving OTA updates

For the first time ever, after modules update and the rear camera recall by the dealer, I received an OTA update

But still no BC subscription
I have also era led power meter from ForScan, but There are a plenty of gray bars

Well, that sucks. That means that what we did didn't work. A successful OTA syncs the vehicle up with the server. I just checked your VIN and you still do not show the ability to subscribe to Bluecruise. That means there is other config that needs to be fixed aside from what we did.

What We could do about?

Now I’m a bit happier about this car
Tomorrow I will also try an Android Box on the car because I would like a starter infotainment

I have also noted that the car is better on craters on the road after the update

I'll have to go through the IPC config on your car when I have time to see if I find anything else that's misconfigured for BC.

Are you saying you have no navigation maps or no BC maps? If it is just no BC maps, then that is normal since your car is not properly configured for BC.

I have no BC maps, but also Navigation Maps are not up to date

I’m trying to do some modifies with FORScan and I need another VIN to compare with mine..

No BluCruise availability on my Mach-E even if I got the BC update SYNC 24.2.1.6.2.
Ford assistance told me that in Italy the BC subscription is available only from MY24.

My dealer told me from MY23 because before that the car haven’t the hardware.. But I think that is a wrong answer

I already had it with the warning “keep hands on” only, but three days ago with FORScan and @rugedraw ’s help, I now have also the “Watch the road” alert that I didn’t have before.

Yes, I have the warning about watching the road after the BC update 24.2.1.6.2. Unfortunately Ford didn't enable the BC in Italy for model years before 24 and I think it is not possible with Forscan because it requires a server side activation by Ford.

If there are no Mach E's of these model years with working BC in Italy, then nothing you do with FORScan will work to get it to work.

@buddabest27 You can change the config in the IPMA back to enable traffic jam assist if this is the case. Once Ford makes BC available in your region, we can revisit this then.

Maybe it’s possible to “spoof” the car out of Italy? With also the use of an abroad Ford account..

No pending recall. The one for the doors was carried out in September. Dealer updated everything that time.
