The 2023 auto highbeam is actually pretty cool. I enabled it with ForScan.
It fades in and out. If a car goes by and it decides to come on, and then another car shows up around a corner, they usually don’t get blinded anymore, since it just shuts off while it’s fading on.
Yeah, my Lightning does this too. It is really nice. Glad to hear the Mach-ees got that as well.

‘Predictive Speed Assist’ sounds a whole lot less scary than ‘Speed Sign Recognition’ which should be titled ‘Speed Sign oh mug gud what the hell is it doing unintentional acceleration assist.’

I’ve had my auto headlights thing on for most of the year. Only recently have I noticed it working, to light up the stop sign at the end of my neighborhood.

Some more changes-

Auto headlamp icon on bottom left of driver screen.

Speed sign recognition- gone.

replaced with “predictive speed assist” which changes your speed when corners are coming up

Connectivity menu- different. Names and descriptions of things are different.

2021-

That’s all I’ve noticed so far. I’m sure there is more.
The connected vehicle features are different for a loaner vehicle than a private vehicle. Telematics and connected vehicle data is locked on.

The center speaker not disabling in stereo mode sounds like a bug.

Dealer just picked up my 2021 GTPE for recall and warranty work. They dropped off a 2023 GTPE nite pony loaner.

A few things I notice right away-
Beeps- the sounds all sound different

Display- colors and style a little different

Shifter- doesn’t free spin anymore, can only click from p r n d.

Sound- even in “stereo” a ton Of sound comes from center speaker

Suspension- seems significantly softer.

Anyone know if they changed the suspension tune on the mag ride?

It’s a very large noticeable difference.

Yes, we have the same tires (mine fairly bald at 9k miles this one at 300 miles). But I think it’s more than that. It rides smoother than mine ever has, especially over speed bumps. I had it in engage mode but will try other settings to compare as well.
As far as the suspension goes, the only thing that could have changed is the calibration of the VDM for the MagneRide shocks. The part numbers for the springs, shocks and sway bars for '21 to '23 models are all the same on the GTPE. Unfortunately the VDM does not show up in FORScan for configuration. I have been waiting for this since I got my '21. With my Focus RS and GT500 I was able to purchase a suspension controller and custom configure the mag ride shocks to my liking. Unfortunately DSC Sport has no intention on building a suspension controller for the Mach-E even though I sent them photos of the VDM (taken out of the car), associated wiring diagrams and plug pin outs over a year and a half ago. Checking back with them, a couple of months ago, still no dice. ?

Update after getting new tires on my car- I think the softer suspension feel was a direct result of new tires vs my worn out stock tires.

My 2021 with new tires rides significantly better again.
