Update completed for me. Interestingly, CarScanner now reports HVB state of health is 86%, whereas before the update it reported 95% SoH. Something CarScanner has been using to do its math seems to have changed.

Yeah mine went down by about 3%. kWh to empty is a couple kWh lower than I’d expect. Hopefully it updates after a few battery cycles. You can try doing a battery calibration (I have a topic about that somewhere).

Yeah. I haven't done one in a little over a year, so probably will when I have the time. Might wait for some warmer days, though.

I’ve tried this update about 5 times now. This Is the first time I have had an issue getting an OTA.

what's your state of charge on the 12v? I know someone on the BEV team told me that you need 80% or better for some of the updates (this was when I was experiencing issues with charging not stopping which has since been sorted by ford)

You were right! Checked my 12v and it was at 72. Charged my car to 100% and got the 12v to 83%. Worked!

I've gotten in the habit of checking 12v SOC a few times a week. With the access to the info on the ford site it's easy enough to do.

hoices, the first one should have your first name or such (mine is "chris' account). Click on that this is what you'll see, middle is state of charge of 12v battery. This seems to update constantly at least after every drive or charge.

A little late on seeing this but SoH is a data point just like SoC so I would be surprised if CarScanner was doing anything other than reporting the MME value.

I haven’t driven the car since Sunday and mine read 97.5% which was a drop from 98% two days prior.
