I have tried multiple times to download this update to no avail. It keeps saying in was interrupted . Does anyone have any ideas .

6.14.0 for me today as well. It didn't notify me that it was installed on my center console, like it's done for other updates.

I knew it had been installed when I saw that the icons had changed to the different style

You guys know there’s a hatch button on the hatch right? Yah, ya have to bend over quite a bit and reach in a few inches and actually push it while balancing on two feet exposed to the elements, but, … it’s there. Just in case you didn’t know.

Pretty sure EA aren't allowed to discuss the updates they get. When BC1.4 was being sent out to EA cars there were a few threads of people showing screenshots of the changes it listed. People were discussing in those threads about the EA people not being supposed to release that info. The threads were deleted within a few hours.

There has also been a change to the heated seats functionality - there are now two icons when you tap, like the cooling setting in the Lightning.

New top icon seems to be a toggle for an automatic setting? Not sure what it is for yet, but when it's toggled on (orange) the old icon showing what level the seat is set to changes to orange as well, rather than showing which level the seat is set to:

I've lost count of how many times people have posted that the auto setting for the heated seats is a new change with a new update. But it's not new. Mine looks exactly like that, and I dont have 6.14 yet.

It is 100% new for me. I hit that setting at least once a day (remote start always starts on Level 3) and I've never seen that icon ever.

You think I went a year and a half living in Canada and not noticing something as critical to my daily survival as a change to the heated seats????

I promise you, hand-to-God, on a bottle a maple syrup, it just showed up with 6.14.

So since you've had it a while, how's it work? Does it just cycle on and off? Seems a bit useless...

They always swear up and down that it's new. But, I can assure you that the auto setting for heated seats has been there since day 1. It's even in every version of the owner's manual since the original revision in from 2020.

That being said, I don't use the auto setting.

I think they don't know its there is because the heated seats come on automatically in cold weather.

That being said, I don't use the auto setting.

I don't disagree that there has been an auto setting...somewhere. But it's never behaved that way before, with the "auto" icon appearing directly above the heated seat icon. I'm not imagining things, it was not like that this morning.

Only thing I can think of is if 6.14 changed a setting I've forgotten about...but I don't see anything in the manual about a toggle.

I think we can put it to rest....
