Well, that happened. Dang. I requested it be reactivated in the app again but they aren't activating it. I wonder how much they Joy ride our vehicles then factory reset them so we don't know. Mine had 26 km on it before reset.

Another poster a while back had a notice that their car had been randomly selected for a factory road test. Coincidentally, the mileage was just about 26km, same as you're seeing. Perhaps yours was a random quality check.
