If you have your window sticker, it's at the top right hand of the sticker - should be 6 numbers and under those should be I guess build #. it will look like this 008458
85/345 top # is the batch #

YEP, Yours should of been built before mine. so should be a little further along for delivery than they say--but than again who knows with Ford.

Why is it some people on Ford chat can get you all kinds of info on your order, but others have no clue!

Different levels of aptitude and experience...

My support person said (paraphrased), "I agree with you. It should be marked as built since it's 'produced', but it's still listed as 'in production.'" I asked if there were any reasons for this, and the answer was "No idea." Would be nice to know if sometimes status gets missed and my car is really getting shipped vs if it's indicative of a real issue, etc.

I'm not trying to obsess, but I kind of what a realistic-ish timeframe so I can set up financing within a reasonable window before it arrives. Not that I'll complain if it shoes up unexpectedly at the dealer lot, but it doesn't have to be this way! ?

Spoke to KCS this morning, my train car is scheduled to arrive in KC 5am tomorrow morning--ahead of last schedule I was given. @manikin

same here, arrive 5am tomorrow, then the remaining is transportation to dealer

Wow! I still haven't been able to find the ford chat button, looks like I need to locate it before Monday, as I assume there are no pickups for convoy on the weekends.

Is it under support - contact us - Chat ?

The train might arrive tomorrow morning, but could take a few days for it to get unloaded and moved and reloaded to another ramp.

Looks like you are in MA based on your signature, so our cars will/should be on the same train going east via Norfolk Southern.

My sticker says Convoy, so I was assuming that once it got to KC it would get on a truck to MA with other cars headed in that direction. Looks like I definitely will have to get on chat next week to see where its headed next.

That's interesting. Mine is going to PA and shows Rail.
