I’ve been in KS for 4 days after waiting in MO for 12 days. (Or longer. The days are all blending together any more lol)

I’m sure it’s already been said: But! It’s ridiculous that cars going west should go 1400 miles in the opposite direction to MO, to wait in a bottleneck for weeks, and then retrace the distance back west to their actual destination. East and west orders should be separated at TX.

So, does the move to KS signify that your car is about to resume its journey? Or is it just another lot to sit & wait in?

Apparently just another ramp to sit and wait. Just for S&Gs I checked My Ford Account order page just now and the delivery date has changed from 10/27-11/2 to 12/15-12/21. I am so disgusted and angry… I have no words lol

My Car shipped 9/30 with a delivery date of 10/26 to 11/1. Just changed today to 12/5 to 12/11 I can understand a few days to week delay, but 6 weeks longer is insane.

Agreed, mine just changed from 10/27 to 11/27 estimated date, @Ford Motor Company needs to get this resolved and get these cars moving. I think time to forget about the rail and ship them via truck

Ok guys take this with a grain of salt because I'm mostly speculating. But I think the 1 month change in delivery date might be a glitch and it won't affect your delivery time by that much., at least not everyone of you. Here's why:

I have 2 Mach-E in order. A Premium ordered in Feb with build date of 09/19. The other one is a GT ordered in March with build date of 09/26. The Premium shipped on 09/27 (a whole 9 days before the GT which shipped 10/06). I contacted my dealer and both the GT and the Premium are currently in Florida. But my Premium just got the 1 month ETA bump now showing a 12/14/2022 - 12/20/2022 date range. Contacted my dealer again and he said the Premium is definitely in Jacksonville, FL and it should be in the dealership next week (which matches the original ETA of 10/29 to 11/04). The GT is sitting at Miami and should be in today or tomorrow, maybe Monday he said. The GT didn't get the 1 month bump in ETA though.

I dont know why the Premium got the bump on ETA but dealer says it will for sure be here next week. The glitch might have to do with Ford transitioning to the new tracking system VINVIew maybe? I dont know, just speculating. But I thought I would let all know to give you guys (and myself) a little bit of hope.

Chat was able to provide me with railcar information this morning, and I was able to get an update over the phone system that the car has moved from ramp 6R to a mixing center in MO! Yesterday was the last day of my original delivery window (10/22-10/28) so maybe it won't be too far off after all.

Mine is still sitting at the end of the line waiting for truck pickup. It has literally sat here longer than its journey from Mexico to here. Dealership said they were at the mercy of the truckers who pick and choose what to deliver, and since this trip is so short literally a couple of towns over, less incentive as less miles. Still hoping the 11/01 date is accurate. I might swing by the train stop to see if I can see it.
edit - Dealer said they had one car sit there a month. If that happens i'm going to blow a gasket.

I wasn’t going to stoop to being snarky, but my dealer just texted with the delivery date change. Sooo… The factory had better put on a couple extra coats of paint. Seeing as we are paying new car price for a car that has sat, being exposed to the elements and weathered for 1-3 months ?
