If you have a good source, particularly via VIN View, can you find out if there were any waypoints between KC and CA, e.g. through Utah or AZ? and what dates were?

I only got to know about this from the ford chat. The only thing that they see on their end is it was in KC on 10/23 and then in Richmond yesterday

Any movement on yours @Fins160 ? Mine has been sitting in EL mirage for 6 + days now... Took less time from mexico to KC than the ~ 30 miles to the dealer..... Ordertrack.app says it could take another week! ?

My car arrived in Baltimore this afternoon. Hopefully we'll be able to pick it up tomorrow or Saturday. I ordered mine in January and without prompting sales manager said I was locked in for 2.49% interest rate for 72 months. Whew, what a relief given where interest rates are now.

No updates, and based on the latest discussions here, I don't really trust the information that Ford Chat provides. I haven't bothered contacting my dealer to get notified by VinView yet. My delivery date is still 11/7-11/13 on Ford's website, so fingers are crossed that I get a call next week.

I just get the "time in status" line with there being another 24 vehicles in the same status with ~ estimated 13 days "estimated".....

My dealer contacted me because yesterday was day 5, and me being a knucklehead thinking it could have been at the dealer in a reasonable amount of time was able to get a quote for my trade that's good for 1 week or 150 miles. I am able to use my neighbors car for a bit because I drive ~ 250 miles a week for work and chandler to scottsdale would be awfully close to going over that. I would recommend going there over carmax if you're trading in, autonations offer is not contingent on a trade-in, and they'll print it out for you so you have some ammo if they try and low-ball you on your trade. The difference was ~ 6k carmax vs autonation.

2 Days into ownership - approx 50 miles - initial thoughts:
The car is a dream to drive.
Ride does not feel hard to me - i'm coming from a Jeep wrangler history.
Documentation isn't quite accurate.
Homelink button is underpowered. Door opener has LED bulbs, if the light is on, homelink has very little range. literally wont close the garage door from outside the garage - very annoying.
Homelink programming - do not trust the manual. Use the remote, press both remote and homelink button simultaneously till homelink flashes rapidly. Relaese both, wait 5 seconds, and press homelink button again, if door doesnt close or open wait 5seconds and press the homelink button again. (This worked with my door opener which is very new).
One pedal driving is fairly easy to pickup, and is very intuitive.
Have the connected settings though active still dont show expiration dates (live nav, blue cruise, etc)
So far have only down driven around town, but feels like the range maybe greater than advertised. drove around 50 miles, and dropped from 90%, 80%. Also getting surprisingly good EV driving score in the app, so maybe i'm a natural ;-)
Definitely getting second looks and head turns, the car is gorgeous, and yes it is a car or station wagon, no way would I judge this a SUV.
And Finally - Space White - "Amazing" it is so chameleon like color changes based on lighting.

Thanks, I've saved your steps for setting up the system on our Mach e, hopefully next week. It's in the Bay area awaiting truck transport so is only ~200 mi north of us.

Looks like I am ON THE MOVE....

Chatting with Ford today as my vehicle had been sitting on the ramp for several days. It shipped finally out of Muncie, KS (Ramp 6U) a couple of days ago, and is just left a check point in Indiana this morning. Pending no delay in DE (or Newark) the date for receipt at the dealer is 'no later than '11/12). I finally have the right NS train car # to track it daily if I want to (LOL)...

Now all I have to hope is that the dealer behaves as they have promised and doesn't try to low ball my trade in.

Previously, I wasn't getting a "Time in Status" from Ordertrack.app. Now it says 19 hours. Not sure what that means!

Went to talk with Ford Chat, and it won't even let me get in queue, just says " Our live chat operators are assisting other customers. Please close this window and try again at another time. " Will try again later.
