A2Z adapter delivery timing?

I was curious on how long it took everyone to get their a2z adapters. I ordered mine on 4-5-24. Writing this it is currently 5-1-24, the only thing I’ve received from them is the order confirmation email.

I did just email their support so hopefully I get an answer soon.

I ordered mine on 4/2 and the invoice says allow 15 to 20 business days to fulfill. Today is the 20th day and have not received it.

Ordered 3-23 and received 4-26.

Ordered 4/6 and emailing support they said it's slated to ship this week. You're probably in the same boat. On the long end of the range when we ordered, but considering their estimate is right at a month on new orders now not crazy.

it says it can take 15-20 business days to ship out your order. Based on what my email says, it should be shipping out by end of day for you. It will still take another X days to arrive.

Ordered 4/1, just got UPS tracking yesterday 4/30.

Mine took a little over a month, their customer service is responsive to email ask them when you should expect to receive it.

Edit: 26 business days for mine, so a little longer than the estimated 15-20 business days.

Ordered mine 3/26 and received it on 4/29. So about the amount of time they indicated.

This is a small company. They are shipping product out as soon as it comes in. They seem to be hitting their promised dates from your time of order.

People keep emailing / calling them to inquire, and being told what I just wrote, but using their resources that they don't have, taking away from actually packing and shipping the product...

I appreciate the feedback.

I haven't contacted A2Z regarding the status of my order and don't plan to at this point. I don't have any trips planned to the end of this month so I've not been in any hurry to get the adapter.

Just got my tracking number, 19 workdays after order date so assuming it actually makes it out the door today or tomorrow their estimates were about right.
