In response to an inquiry, I just got a note from A2Z which said:

Hi there,

Your exchange adapter is set to leave in the next two weeks or very probably sooner, we are overwhelmed with requests and have already sent a first batch today. We are working on approving the exchange requests, there will be instructions on how to dispose of the V1 adapter safely, the instructions will be sent upon shipping the replacement adapter.

Have shipping notification emails went out? I was #ex0000014 and haven’t seen anything after the confirmation email on the 10th.

No worries though, sure it’ll come eventually.

Waiting anxiously for that email notification stating I can buy the extension cord though…please, take my money.

Just got 2 emails, one was updating my request to approved (which it already said online), the other was to update it to exchanged, which gives a video link to render the old one unusable, which I'll do as soon as the new one arrives.

People cheating and trying to rip off a company trying to do the right thing? Yes, I can believe that. Sorry you guys have to spend time and effort to stop it.

The video was in a PDF attachment to an e-mail with the subject line "[DO NOT REPLY} Update on NHTSA Recall #24E093000 – Replacement Adapter Shipment". Since @A2ZEV is already active in this thread, maybe they'll post a link to the video here.

Yes, that's an earlier e-mail. I've received a bunch from them, in this order:
1) Your exchange request #EX00xxxx status was updated to Requested (Nov 7)
2) Your exchange request #EX00xxxx status was updated to Approved (Nov 10)
3) Your exchange request #EX00xxxx status was updated to Completed (Nov 10)
4) A shipment from order #A2ZEV296xxxxx is on the way (Nov 13)
