Anybody else have this problem--When I enter the access code from the card that came with the car (on the main infotainment screen), I get a message that it is an incorrect code. The code will not open the door either. Can't figure out how to reset it without having the factory code from the card and that does not work. Thanks for the help.

When I set my code it did not ask me about the master code on the card.

This worked for me, fortunately. Out of curiosity does the code work to open the door?

I'm having this issue too - I enter the factory code so I can set my personal codes and it is a never ending loop of asking for the factory code...

I think the deal is that every car works with some things! LOL He can connect to his network but can't use the door codes. I can use the door codes but can't connect to WiFi.

But the fobs always work and the vehicle is great. Maybe there is a whine from the screen but at 75 MPH you can have a conversation and not project your voice, which doesn't happen with many vehicles.

I'm not sure if this helps, but page 74 of the owner's manual describes a process that might reset and / or enable keyless entry:
Switching Keyless Entry On and Off
1. Switch the vehicle on using an admin key.
2. Access the vehicle drawer on the touchscreen.
3. Press SETTINGS.
4. Press Vehicle.
5. Press Locks.
6. Press and hold the OK button until the system reset confirmation appears.

No, it will not open the door.
Just wondering if the issue was with the code or with the sync system. Since it won't work with the door seems like the code is wrong.

I read somewhere that you can check the master code from the VIN. Seems like a security issue to me but who knows. You may have to ask your dealer about this one.

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately, when I follow those directions, my onscreen information does not match those instructions and the system does not provide the opportunity to reset. Have a service appointment for next week.

The code on my card works for me. However, I am only able to program 1 personal code. The software allows me to program additional codes, but only the 1st one I create will actually work to unlock the door...I've tried clearing all codes to no avail.

Sorry, I'm going to ask a dumb question only because I wasn't clear on your description. The code card has two sides are you using the right code? One side has the code for North America the other side has a code for Europe and China.
