I think it's because it doesn't recognize you as admin on the account? Do you have a profile set up in your car yet?I've searched the internet and owners manual without success. Can anyone tell me why this button is greyed out? 2023 GT PE.

Hmmm, hadn't seen that before. I am assuming you have Personal Profiles enabled? (It's a toggle on the screen before that, and I'm assuming you probably can't get to that screen that you're on without it enabled). The only other thing I could think of is maybe your profiles are full? (I believe you can have up to 5)
