For those of you who are stuck for one reason or another with FordPass saying "Either you have not linked your account, or it has expired" -- you need to go to this page, log in with your google account, remove the link to FordPass, and then, once that's done, open Google Assistant on your phone again and ask to "Talk to FordPass".
That will initiate the whole process over again.
