Another BC 1.3 OTA expected?

Took my '22 MME to the ford dealer today to see if they could fix the new BC 1.3 sliders for lane change and in lane positioning that came with OTA 10.1. Attached is a pic of the service report. They tell me that a new OTA is expected soon that will activate the sliders. There's that "soon' word again. We will see.

Yes the lane change sliders not working have been a problem for many people, they will probably send out a tiny OTA just to fix that issue.

I just wish they'd send BC 1.3 to my First Edition. I'm heading to Vegas in a few weeks and would like to use it driving up there.

I used Forscan to fix those things not working, works great.

Have no idea what isn't working, used it at Christmas and worked fine I thought.

Some cars that got the update more recently, got the software updated, but the config didn't actually enable the new features. The new OTA will enable it.

I only recently noticed that my car got 10.1.1. What are the sliders you're talking about?

OTA 10.1 should have added on/off sliders for two BC 1.3 features. If you have them, they will be under Driver assistance in Sync. They're for in lane reposition and lane change.

I can imagine what lane change is supposed to do but what is lane reposition for?

If you are passing or being passed by a larger vehicle, your car will adjust within your lane to give more space.

Kind of cool. Not sure if I want to turn it on, but I'm glad it's an option.

I got 1.3 a while back and then later I got the sliders which can be turned on and stay on. In a previous post I mentioned that the lane change feature worked a few times and then nothing and the BC seemed more intermittent . I haven't had a chance to check it lately, but we are going on a trip 2/27 so would have been nice for it to work.

Yea, that's exactly what is supposed to do. Not sure only 2021's were affected though.
