Seriously though, it would seem that this close to 2022 ordering, if there are no leaks, that may mean not much is changing.
It is very rare for auto models in general to undergo major changes in just 1 year. I'd guess almost nothing that more than cosmetic. I thought I read somewhere that the parking brake pawl will go away at some point in the future for a slight weight improvement, but I doubt that will be very noticeable to anyone as a driver.

Paint colors, a few small refinements, and a modest range increase, maybe? I wouldn't expect much. It's way too early for a mid-cycle action.

It already has one. It just hasn't been activated yet.
If you mean a future OTA to give us a button on the pad or in the app, I'm not interested.

Like the hatch.... a button.

As no one else has suggested it, I'd think some new wheels might be possible. That's low hanging fruit for Ford.

I'm REALLY hoping for ventilated/cooled seats - some of the skins are already perforated. Its a relatively easy change for Ford but it turns out its a PITA to do an aftermarket conversion because of the seat heating pads.

I'd expect any new options that required adding microprocessor chips would be a no-go.

I spoke with my salesperson and he expects to have updated specifications early next week.
