Anyone using Alexa in their Mach-E?

Mine worked great, then for the last month it was doing the same, just would go to the activation screen. I took 4.2.2 this week and now it worked and has stayed logged in.

I just got 4.2.2 again today and Alexa finally started working again as well. Hopefully, we can check this off as problem solved.

HI! First post ... picked up my 2023 premium 3 weeks ago and can't find "Alexa" anywhere on any screen. No icon... The help video's and manual's don't seem to match the actual screens... My salesperson spent half an hour trying to find it, no success. He has a call into someone to get some help but hasn't received any assistance either. When I try to use entertainment tab (checking YouTube) it says I need to enable streaming. Takes me to my account that says I have a free 30 day trial that expires on April 15th. Nothing works that requires streaming (could that be why there is no Alexa??), so it looks like there really isn't a free trial... Only option when I click on manage is renew, which says the renewal goes into effect "today", not on the 15th or 16th. Waiting for Ford to process my payment so that I can continue to troubleshoot the issue. Anyone else having or had this issue?

Ever since I received the update that included Alexa, it shows up in my Ford account as “activation pending.” But like you, there is absolutely nothing in the car to set it up. No icon, no path in “settings”, nothing. I can live without her.

I have a 2021 Job 2 with Alexa. Works just fine, but it’s terrible at taking follow-up commands compared to an actual Alexa device of course.
