Hi all, I have a 2021 standard range all-wheel-drive.

I believe sticker said it should have a 220 to 222 mile range at 100%.

62,000 miles on the car.

Charge to 100% last night and only get to 198 miles.

is this normal battery degradation?

John, the range estimate is a poor indicator of battery health. You will need to connect the vehicle to a OBD2 and check battery SoH via some free mobile app like CarScanner.

IIRC, 211 was the range quoted for that config in '21.

I also have 2021 mach e, have almost 80,000 miles on it and on a hot day get 230 miles at 100%.

It’s within the range of normal for a device that estimates range based on how you have been previously driving.

Just like you can drive all city in an ICE and fill up to get an estimate of 300 miles, then do an entire tank on the interstate and suddenly your estimate is 500 miles.
