UPDATE 11/2: I have the car back! They finally received the correct battery and were able to swap it pretty quickly. They did break one of the plastic stone guards which is now on order but the car is back.
Ford is covering the expenses I requested. My last call will be requesting a diminished value claim with the towing insurance company. Otherwise I think this one is being closed out.
Happy to have the car back and ready to resume complaining about OTAs!
